the communication with the hosts was super friendly, and we got our keys even tho we arrived when the office was closed. the apartment was clean and had all the stuff we needed for self catering. also, having our own parking spot with a car port was super handy. really enjoyed the pool area too, it looked nice and well kept.

the only downside was that we ran out of toilet paper and the place next door had very noisy pipes, which woke us up a few times.

An inconvenient note about the hall floors not meeting cleanliness standards added further frustration to the experience.

My stay at Lychee Tree was quite comfortable and met all my work-related needs. The Superior One-Bedroom Apartment was clean and well-equipped for self-catering, which was particularly helpful during my business trip. I appreciated having a spacious room with a convenient kitchen. The covered parking area added extra value. The pool looked well-maintained, although I didn't get the chance to use it. Edward was a responsive host, making my experience enjoyable.

Shower curtain not effective, slippery shower tiles!!! Poor nighttime lighting, stairs require improvement!!! Floating floorboards felt unsafe, bath mat definitely needed!!! several areas that could use better attention!!!
